This past year I’ve randomly acquired a love of hats. It started when my boyfriend “lent” me one and since then, my collection has grown pretty successfully. I don’t have the money for super expensive ones and I like my creative side to come out, so I decided to make my own. I had been wanting to stud or spike something, whether it be a pair of my shoes or the collar of one of my button-downs, and I thought this would be the perfect opportunity. I searched on eBay and found a simple maroon snap-back for about $5. I then ordered my spikes off of Studs and Spikes. I used a bangle to guide the round shape, made holes very carefully with scissors, and created a spiked Chanel snapback. Voila!
