Fjogur Piano x Sigur Ros

This artistic visual comes courtesy of the partnering of Icelandic band Sigur Ros and filmmaker Alma Har’el and also features American actor Shia LaBeouf. The 8-minute piece was made in association to their latest studio album “Valtari” and the soundtrack during the whole movie is a record off of the album, titled “Fjogur Piano”. I always make it a point to not read a summary of the video when I watch artistic pieces, just so I can make sure that I can gain my own interoperation first. After watching it twice I gained an opinion that I later learned wasn’t far from the creator’s intention. The video captures a story of two lovers plagued with addiction, a theme similar to Rihanna’s “We Found Love” video. I will definitely be checking out this group in the future and hope you all do the same, enjoy!
