I spent the better part of today running errands in the rain. Therefore my outfit had to be waterproof, casual, and comfortable enough to wear all day.
Let’s start from the top and work our way down.
My hair has been natural for the past couple days, partly out of laziness and partly out of the idea that I like to give my hair a rest from being straightened every now and then.
The scarf is White Knight. I got it from Urban Outfitters and I love it because it matches several of my winter coats and it’s an infinity scarf.
The shirt is Liz Sport by Liz Claiborne. I got it at a thrift store in NY. As before mentioned I absolutely love button down shirts and this one has a special place in my heart because of it’s design: the extra pockets, different stripe in behind the buttons etc.
The bracelets as mentioned before are Weirdly Dope and current regulars to every outfit.
The leggings are Victoria Secret. They come from a new line under VS called Cotton Lingerie. Honestly I couldn’t think of a better title for them because they’re amazingly soft and have a slightly sheer appearance to them. I got them for Christmas from my mom and will definitely be getting more in the near future.
The boots are Basswood and I got them from the thrift store. I’m really proud of them because I got them for an extremely low price and they’re something I had been looking for, for a really long time.
Overall it was a chill outfit, perfect for a rainy day between my natural hair and waterproof boots!
